Good morning. It's 4:30 am and I want to move my photo editing back into Capture One Pro.

I'm trying to improve my use of lighting. This is two strobes. Front left with softbox and low rear for background. Definitely need to iron that backdrop. Also, I think this would make a decent profile photo.

I feel it's time for me to stop talking about social media. I mean, what remains to be said? It's become a contest to see who can come up with the most pithy and clever way to tell everyone else that social media is bad. We already know it's bad. Duh. It's so bad in fact that I'm talking about it yet again and I'm smack dab in the middle of a post about not doing that. Ok?
