I made some structural and content changes here this morning;

• The site title is now "Jack Baty" instead of "Jack Baty Daily" because who needs that kind of pressure?
• I've Refactored page html and moved HEAD to an include
• Reduced header height since I'm no longer using a background image
• Oh, and I changed the portrait on the About page
