After a year of Hello Fresh, and before that HomeChef and before that Blue Apron, I'm trying Mosaic Foods. Meals are fully prepared, then frozen for shipment. All vegetarian, mostly vegan. I'm two meals in and so far it's...fine. Uninspiring, but I'll give more dishes a try before deciding if I like it.
