The toilet in our upstairs bathroom is leaking. I'm pretty sure it's the seal, which means removing the entire toilet. Also, the surrounding vinyl has become discolored, so I'll also need to replace the flooring. I just hope the wood remains solid. ::later:: Nope, wood's rotted. I have no idea how to fix any of this, but I'm going to try anyway.

I shouldn't admit this, but I'm going to. In a moment of weakness, I reinstalled Obsidian a couple days ago. I wanted things to be "easier" and "nicer". I wanted fancy plugins and plain old Markdown files. I wanted sync and I wanted a mobile app.

It took about 12 hours to snap out of it. Once again I was reminded how much I dislike actually using Obsidian. It doesn't resonate with me at all.

So, hello again Emacs. However, I haven't actually uninstalled Obsidian yet.
